Pre-Construction Sales Ending. Prices Go Up March 1st.

We couldn't have done it without you. In only a few short months we have gotten 40% of the building under contract, or reserved. Plus, our interior demo crew has completed their work which means the general contractor will be moving in soon. If Mother Nature cooperates you will likely see activity around the building as we prepare for the onset of "construction season." All that activity ends the pre-construction sales phase of our project. Of course, our lucky buyers have already locked in the best prices, but we are giving a few more people time - between now and March 1st to still get in on a great deal. After that? Prices by up by around 5%. If you have already bought, think of it as built in appreciation.

Tax Break Alert!

If you have been watching the news you might have heard about the new stimulus package making it's way through Congress, which could have a nice benefit for Otto buyers. Click here to read one story on the details. As of right now the 2009 stimulus package has yet to be passed thus all information here could change at any time. We will keep an eye on this proposal and let you know how it may apply to your purchase at Otto. Stay tuned.

Refer a friend, Get an upgrade.

Aside from the benefit of having your friends living right down the hall, for a limited time, we are offering $2,000 in upgrade credit for each friend that you refer to our sales team, who ends up buying a unit at Otto, before March 1st, 2009.

The rules are simple, tell your friend to let us know that you referred them. Make sure they tell us the first we talk with them. If they consummate their agreement before the beginning of March, YOU get $2,000 in interior upgrade credits* and THEY get our great pre-construction prices. That's it. If they buy, you get the goods.

*Credits can only be used on upgrades that we offer as part of our upgrade packages.

Neighbors in the Strip was formed in 1999 to promote economic development, while preserving the personality, integrity and character of the Strip. NITS is perhaps the most active and aggressive neighborhood group and deserves much of the credit for the growth in the area today.
